Terms of Service - Revealed+

1. Introduction

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Revealed+ mobile application ("App") operated by Revealed+ ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use our App.

2. Use of the App

Revealed+ is designed to help users track and analyze their trips and earnings. You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Services: Revealed+ offers subscription-based services that provide access to premium features. By subscribing to our premium services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Your use of these payment services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App. By submitting content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Revealed+ and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Revealed+, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

9. Disclaimer

The information on the App is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
